Audit is where we use specialist tools and techniques to identify duplicate and over-payments. We would typically complete the audit remotely by reviewing your last 5 years trading history. Transaction volumes and spend amounts combined with a due diligence questionnaire, are a good indicator as to what we are likely to recover for your organisation. In real terms, the average company would need to generate five million in turnover to achieve one million in profit. ADR Audit works with global companies but has also delivered 6 figure sums for SME's, charities and Universities. These audits include: Duplicate payments, Over-payments, Multiple supplier payments, VAT/TAX, Foreign currency, Missed credits, Incorrect payments and Line item missed discounts. Compliance is not only to ensure that you only paid once for goods and services, but that the price paid was the correct and in accordance with the contract. Recoveries from errors where over-charging has occurred, or the agreed discount was not applied is common place in todays trading relationships. A compliance audit can produce far more recoveries, as it is usual to find that if there is a claim it could result in many over-charges throughout the contract period. We are data specialists and have developed many bespoke reports to monitor agreements such as airline fuel, landing charges, cinema ticketing, communications contracts, and rebates in retail. In compliance we forensically analyse Price x Volume - Discount/Rebate = Contracted amount. The Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are also reviewed to ensure that the terms of the agreement was adhered to, and that the terms of time, delivery and quality were as specified. |
